Ann Clendening Gregory, 98, of Gallatin, went to be with the Lord on Monday, May 12, 2025. Born June 20, 1926, in Edenwold, Tennessee, she was the daughter of the late Harvey Turney Clendening and Ollie Mae Anglea Clendening.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Thomas B. Gregory; son Ray Coker; sisters Louise Ladd and Lucile Martin; and her step granddaughter Tonya Jones.
Survived by daughter-in-law Jessie Coker; grandchildren Richard (Katie) Coker, Jeffrey (Katie L.) Coker, Melissa Coker, and Barry Ray Coker; great grandchildren Reagan, Brylee, Jacob, and Brody; dear niece and great friend Betty Ladd; nephew James Ladd; step daughters Connie (Jerry) Pulley, and Lorrie (Charles) Sherman; 2 step grandchildren James and Lorena; 7 step great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild; dear friends, Kay Beasley, Pat Youngblood, and Mary Carmouche.
Visitation will be from 4pm til 7pm on Tuesday, May 13, at Alexander Funeral Home & Cremation Center in Gallatin. A funeral service will take place Wednesday at 10am at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Frazier Cemetery on Long Hollow Pike in Hendersonville. Pallbearers will be Jeff Coker, James Ladd, Tony Page, and Aaron Teegan Briley.
