From nephew Glen. Billy was another one of those really smart Talberts. It was a bit rare to have a masters degree in anything back in that era, but he did. Me being on the west coast and Billy in in the South, I never got to see him except at reunions and a couple other times, but I got to talk to him lately on the phone a few times. His knowledge and wit was as sharp as ever at 90 years old. We thank Uncle Billy for his service to health care and for his service to our country. He will be greatly missed.
