Blanche Schmidt

Blanche Schmidt, age 90 of Hendersonville, TN, passed away November 2, 2022.  Mrs. Schmidt was born December 20, 1931 in Jonesboro, AR.  She is preceded in death by her parents, Albert Clark and Edna Earle Roberts Johnson, siblings and husband, Robert Milton Schmidt.  She is survived by her children, Janet Petri, Diane Orsino, William Henry Schmidt (Clare) and Kim Hinkle; beloved grandchildren, Taylor, Austin, Mackenzie, Arianna, Lillian and Catharine; great grandchildren, Parker, Addison and Jordyn.

Mrs. Schmidt enjoyed reading, politics, history and travel.  She was a model and fashion director at Saks Fifth Avenue where she met many of the world’s top fashion designers.  She put on the best fashion shows in the greater Detroit area.  She loved Richard Harris and her favorite song was MacArthur Park.  Also, she loved her beloved dogs, Molly 1 & 2 and Higgins.
