Dorothy Rose Marie Manning, age 62 of Portland, passed away June 20, 2019. Mrs. Manning was born June 17, 1957 in Tarboro, NC. She is survived by husband, William (Tony) Manning; daughter, Teresa McDonald (Paul); son, Samuel Manning (Brittany); 7 Grandchildren; father, James Rogers; brothers, David & Levi Rogers. She preceded in death by her mother and three siblings a cat lover and avid reader. She loved her grandchildren dearly.
