Frankie and my Uncle Charlie Upchurch were great friends they both owned their own trucks at a young age. My thoughts and prayers are with each of you during this very sad and hard time.

Uncle Frank, have missed seeing you in your RV the last few years. I know you loved driving it around the country and visiting El Centro in the spring. Not going to be the same without you in our family.
You were a such a giving soul.
Rest in Peace with the Angels

Papa Frank..truly a remarkable man, one of the good guys. I can see him now sitting tall and smiling on a breathtaking high stepper as he prances through those pearly white gates! As the angels sing their welcoming song, we know that Heaven truly gained an amazing new angel. Rest now Frank, you will be missed by all of us.
Even though we cannot be there, our hearts are with you all at this time.
Love to you Mom (Marsha) and condolences to the entire family.
