She was born October 31, 1934, in Scottsville, Kentucky, to the late James Hubert Bradley, and Nina Renfro Bradley.
In addition to her parents Ms. Ramsey was also preceded in death by her daughter Sherry Rasnick, son Timothy Horn, sister Barbara Clifton, and brother Jay Bradley.
Surviving are her sisters Linda Shrum, and Clara Church. Grandchildren Sarah Ward, and Vanessa Horn. 10 great grandchildren, and 3 great-great grandchildren. Several nieces and nephews also survive.
A Celebration of Life Service will be conducted Saturday, November 30, 2019, at 11 am from the Chapel of the Alexander Funeral Home & Cremation Center. Interment will follow in the Sumner Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends Friday November 29, 2019, from 3 pm until 8pm at the funeral Home.
