Jerry Harlin Zimmerle, age 80 of Gallatin, TN, passed away December 8, 2020. Mr. Zimmerle was born November 28, 1940 in Nashville, TN. He is preceded in death by his parents, Ernest "Trigger" and Dorothy Zimmerle and sister, Terri Lanius. He is survived by his wife, Bettie Faye Zimmerle; children, Jerry Wayne Zimmerle (Carissa), Trent Zimmerle (Sadaya), Tracey Fay Goodwin (Tim) and Toni Laree Monhollen (Mark); brother, Edwin Zimmerle (Eleanor); sister, Carolyn Coleman; grandchildren, Jerry Zimmerle, Alexis Zimmerle, Amanda Henderson, Taylor Zimmerle, Zachary Zimmerle, Tara Cardwell, Blaine Goodwin and Miles Monhollen.

Jerry was a graduate of Father Ryan High School Class of 1959. He was a member of St. John Vianney Catholic Church and Knights of Columbus Bishop David R. Choby Council #10010. Jerry worked in the printing industry for many years.

Funeral Mass will be 9:00 a.m. Tuesday, December 15th at St. John Vianney Catholic Church with Father Richard Childress as celebrant. Entombment will follow at Spring Hill Cemetery Mausoleum in Madison, TN with Miles Monhollen, Blaine Goodwin, Mark Monhollen, Tim Goodwin, Trent Zimmerle and Edwin Zimmerle serving as pallbearers. Visitation will be Monday, December 14th from 3:00-7:00 p.m. at Alexander Funeral Home & Cremation Center.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Knights of Columbus David R. Choby Council #10010, 449 North Water Avenue, Gallatin, TN 37066.
