Lucy was born June 28, 1962, in Sumner County, Tennessee to the late Raymond West, and Joyce Suttle West.
In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by a sister Patricia Biggs.
Surviving are her children: Shauna Jett (John), and Coty Jett (Allison). Brother Richard West (Melissa), sisters: Debra White (Tom), and Laura Clay (Rufus). Grandchildren; John Martinez, Jett Martinez, Kennedy Jett, and Walker Jett. Several nieces and nephews also survive.
A Celebration of Life service will be conducted Wednesday March 10, 2021, at 3 PM, from the Alexander Funeral Home & Cremation Center. Interment will be held at a later at Crestview Memory Gardens.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 1 pm until the hour of the service at the funeral home.

Shauna Im sorry for your loss. My thoughts and prayers are with you and family. Your mom was a precious lady. I enjoyed getting to know and working wit her the short time I did.
