I had a conversation not too long ago with Mrs Nancy Jo. I enjoyed her wit and wisdom very much. We were speaking about a topic that she was very close to and passionate about and she made me realize that it was super important regardless of how busy someone is to take the time and effort to provide the care and give of yourself, regardless of the cost, to do right by people. Prayers for all of the family (especially Morgan, Josh and the girls) and prayers for our fellow Realtors who not only called her Broker, but also friend.

I remember Nancy Jo on the Gallatin High School Basketball team. I remember her sweet, outgoing personality as long as she lived. When my 21 year old son died in a car wreck, Nancy Jo sent me cards for months afterward, usually one a week. I’ve known her through real estate and admired the devotion her agents had for her. It wasn’t just a successful business, it was a family. Carsey, Cindi, and family I know you will miss her until you see her again. May God comfort you during your time of grief.

To the entire and wonderful Martin family, I would like to extend my sincere condolences and prayers. Nancy Jo was one of my favorite cousins. I looked up to her as I was the youngest of the Ligon cousins. But then later, as I got older, I forgot there was any age difference since she was so beautiful and young looking, vivacious, energetic, happy and so so kind to me. I know she will be missed by many friends and family and will be welcomed in heaven by our wonderful family members who went before her.

Carsey so sorry to hear about Nancy Jo. She was a dear friend growing up in the our gang era. We were playmates over on Trimble Street. She was an unusual person with a big heart. You guys represent a true love story that's lasted a lifetime. Lot of fond memories she and singlehandedly built an underground tunnel on the property of the Monroe Brooks family.
