Roger Stafford

Roger Dale Stafford, age 71, passed away July 29, 2022.  He was born in Jackson County, TN on July 19, 1951 to the late J.D. and Ruby Nell Stafford. Along with his parents, Roger was preceded in death by his brother, Jimmy Stafford.  He is survived by his daughters, Angie (Bobby) Scruggs and Jessica (Bryan) Adams; grandchildren Cody (Autumn) Scruggs, Dustin Scruggs, Weston Thurman, Dylan Thurman, Chris Adams, and Ava Adams; great-grandchildren, Asher Scruggs, Chainey Scruggs, and Everett Scruggs.  Roger worked for many years at TVA as a boiler maker.  He enjoyed fishing and playing his harmonica.  A private graveside service was held at Sumner Memorial Gardens where Roger was laid to rest with his parents.
