Steven Culbreath, age 72 of Portland, passed away June 29, 2022. Steven was born in the Fountain Head, TN community on February 24, 1950 to the late Charles and Ethel Culbreath. He is also preceded in death by his sisters, Jeanette (Charles) King, and Loretta (Glen) Anderson; and brother Donnie (Vicky) Culbreath. He is survived by his wife of 28 years, Joyce Culbreath; son, Steven Culbreth, Jr.; daughter, Stacey Culbreath; step-children, Jason Mathews and Jessica Goostree; grandchildren, Trentt Blackburn, Reese Goostree, and Casen Goostree; brothers, Charles Culbreath, Kenneth Culbreath; sisters, Mary (Joe) Dillard, and Sandra Vereecken. Steven loved fishing and spending time with his family. At this time, there are no services planned.
