Stanley Browning

Stanley Browning, age 71 of Gallatin, TN, passed away November 11, 2022.  Stanley was born September 20, 1951 in Gamaliel, KY.  He is preceded in death by his parents, Press “Junior” Browning, Jr. and Adell West Browning and brother, Lonnie Browning.  He is survived by his sons, Jamie Browning (Kristen) and Brooks Browning (Hannah); brothers, Dwight Browning (Ann), Wayne Browning (Sandrea), Roy Browning (Carlene) and Jackie Browning (Kathleen); grandchildren, Melia and Bella Browning.

Stanley was a graduate of Hermitage Springs High School and Tennessee Tech University.  He retired after 42 years of service with USDA Farm Service Agency where he was a loan officer.  Stanley was a member of Gallatin First Baptist Church and Gallatin Country Club.  He loved golf and fishing but most of all he loved time with his family.

Graveside Service will be 1:00 p.m. Thursday, November 17th at Mt. Vernon Cemetery in Red Boiling Springs, TN with Pastor Jim Newman officiating.  Visitation will be Wednesday, November 16th from 4:00-7:00 p.m. at Alexander Funeral Home & Cremation Center.
