William Dyer

William Wayne Dyer, age 77 of Bethpage, TN, passed away June 9, 2021.  Wayne was born January 2, 1944 in Davidson County, TN.  He is preceded in death by his parents, James and Mabel Elizabeth Wauford Dyer.  He is survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Ruth Dyer; son, Tommy Dyer (Heather); daughter, Tammy Ruth Keen (Eugene); grandchildren, Austen Tomlinson, Hunter Tomlinson, Katelyn Keen, Bailey Keen, Brylee Dyer and Jameson Dyer; sister, Linda Pedigo (Jerry); sisters-in-law, Martha Moss, Mary Ann Byrn and Betty Byrn; brother-in-law, Charlie Byrn (Kim); great-great nieces and nephews who were like our grandchildren, and Deanna Smith who was like our daughter.

Wayne retired from TVA and was a farmer.  He attended Willow Grove United Methodist Church.

Graveside Service will be 10:00 a.m. Friday, June 11th at Sumner Memorial Gardens with Pastor Sue West officiating.  Pallbearers will be Hunter Tomlinson, Austen Tomlinson, James Kemp, Chris Tomlinson, Jason Brazzell, Shirley Daniels and Jameson Dyer.
